Bonner Peak Ranch is a private community consisting of forty acre lots and covers approximately 3200 total acres.
All roads on the Ranch are private roads and maintained by the Association. All residents and owners are required to display a Bonner Peak Sticker on their vehicles which clearly identifies that the vehicle is authorized to be on the Ranch. Vehicles not displaying such identification may be challenged and, if found to be on the Ranch without authorization, may be reported to law enforcement and possibly charged with trespassing. All roads have a posted speed limit of 25mph. The roads are passable with most passenger vehicles, but occasionally during winter four-wheel drive is necessary, particularly in order to reach the upper and the more remote parts of the Ranch.
Both wildlife and horses owned by residents roam large parts of the Ranch without hindrance, to the extent possible. While some residents have chosen to fence their properties to exclude horses (an option for all), the Association urges residents to construct such fences in a way which avoids injury to either wildlife or horses.
Those individuals who are considering purchasing property at Bonner Peak Ranch are urged to review the governing documents for the Ranch, particularly the Covenants , By-Laws and Architectural Control Guidelines and Rules in order to become more familiar with the Ranch and the Association, and in order that they may feel part of the community at the earliest possible time.
